Its been a long time comin. Thats the statement many of us have regarding the release from powerhouse developer, Rare. Originally slated as a GameCube title, then moved to the Xbox, and FINALLY getting a home on the Xbox 360, Kameo: Elements of Power has seen more bedfellows than an episode of Nip Tuck. No more waiting, my next-gen hungry friends - Kameo has arrived and it was well worth the wait. The tale of Kameo is not too far from the many books youve read before, or Disney movies youve watched, although the lead character is not the typical hero, but instead a heroine. A gorgeous and fantastical kingdom of peace is suddenly thrown into turmoil due to the jealousy of one siblings rise to heir of the throne. When Kameo, the one daughter of Queen Theena, is designated to succeed her, it serves as the last straw to spiteful sister, Kalus. This sends Kalus into a tizzy and she uses her powerful magic to awaken the King of the Trolls, Thorn. With Thorn and his minions on her side, Kalus kidnaps her ancestors and wages a war on the Enchanted Kingdom.
