Universal Home Video has announced the DVD release of Father of the Pride: The Complete Series. This Dreamworks-produced animated TV series about the animals in Sigfried and Roy's Las Vegas show will be released on June 7th and will retail for $29.99. The set will include all fourteen episodes of the show, presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen along with both English Dolby Digital 5.1 and 2.0 Stereo Surround tracks. Extras will include the original unaired pilot, 3 episodes that NBC never aired, the complete scripts for episodes that never went to production, and audio commentaries.
