Microsoft 'permatemp' claims hit a new delay
Time: 05:28 EST/10:28 GMT | News Source: Seattle Times | Posted By: Bill Roach

Attorneys for nearly 15,000 former Microsoft temporary workers may take the company back to court in a spat that's tying up $70 million the workers won in a lawsuit that began in 1992. The lawyers hired a claims-processing company, and Microsoft wants that company to take out a policy that would cost $800,000 to $1 million, said Judith Bendich, a Seattle attorney for the workers.
