  Ahead releases NeroVision Express Update: 2.1.2.9

Ahead has released an update for their NeroVision Express component, which includes an update to their DVD transcoding tool Recode 2. Here's a partial list of the changes:

Features Added
  • VOB file import does now import the complete content of the same title set
  • DVD double layer support added for DVD+VR
  • Improved *.VOB file import
  • Support of VOB files containing multiple segments
  • Pan & Scan function is added in Nero ShowTime
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a problem which occurred when trying play back a DVD-VIDEO disc with Windows Media Player 8/9 and NVE was installed
  • Improved error handling of not DVD-VIDEO conform video files
  • Some generic improvements for DVD double layer
  • Add some Improvements for capturing from DV cameras
  • Fixed a crash after add a transition in a slideshow
  • Fixed that *.VOB file import failed after analysis
  • Fixed the wrong order after import of a VOB file
  • Fixed a compatibility problem with Windows Media Player 9
  • Fixed that NVE does not clean the TEMP files created due importing *.VOB files
  • Fixed that NVE does cache already imported *.VOB files again
  • Fixed that adding *.VOB file for DVD-VIDEO project fails with error message
