Microsoft on Tuesday filed a second objection to Apple's enduring pursuit to trademark the phrase "app store."
In the latest complaint, Microsoft hired a linguist, Dr. Ronald Butters, to go head-to-head against Apple's own hired linguist, Robert A. Leonard.
