Some KB articles from Microsoft offer a hotfix which can be obtained by calling with Microsoft Support, you now can obtain a hotfix without having to interact with a single soul ( no phone calls etc.. ) Easy and convenient. https://support.microsoft.com/contactus2/emailcontact.aspx?scid=sw;en;1410&WS=hotfix
