A Microsoft joint venture in China launched its first product on Tuesday, modelled largely after rival IBM's software, to take aim at China's growing business market, executives said.
Censoft Co Ltd was set up in January in what analysts say was an effort by Microsoft to win favour in China. The U.S. company owns 19 percent of the venture and the Beijing government's Zhongguancun conglomerate, also called Centergate, owns the majority.
