Intel has just released a beta version of their Application Accelerator drivers. Test the brand new features available on Windows 2000 and Windows XP in the latest Beta of Intel Application Accelerator:
- Automatic Acoustic Management (AAM): dramatically reduces the noise level of your hard drive by enabling the AAM features built into the drive. Works on most newer ATA/100 compatible hard drives. For instructions on changing the AAM setting, go to the Changing Automatic Acoustic Management Settings page.
