Microsoft has made more executive changes in the division that oversees Windows, adding on Tuesday one executive to its Platforms and Services Division and saying that three will leave the group once Windows Vista is released to manufacturing.
Brian Valentine, senior vice president of the Windows Core Operating System Division (COSD), will transition to a new role in the company once Vista is complete, Microsoft said. He has been a key member of the Windows team since 1998, leading the effort on many of the major Windows releases, including Windows 2000 and Windows XP, Microsoft said
