Have you ever heard of geocaching? If not, let me explain the concept. The idea is that individuals and organizations set up caches (or treasure chests, for the pirates in the audience) in any number of locations around the world, and they then share the location of the cache on the Internet. You can then use a GPS device to locate the hidden treasure by using these coordinates. Any number of things can be found in the cache, but the rule is that if you take something, you should leave something. It’s a fun activity that is perfect for the adventurous geek.
