If you've damaged your ET: The Extra-Terrestrial packaging by removing those dreaded security stickers, you're not alone. Since its release last October, many readers have written in complaining of sticker residue or torn cover artwork - hardly something you'd want on a limited edition title that will go on indefinite moratorium within a couple of weeks. The good news, however, is that Universal is doing something about it. Just go to the Universal Studios' consumer feedback page and let them know that you'd like a replacement package. Click on the "I accept" on the first screen, and then on "Home Video & DVD" under the Entertainment sub-banner. Be sure to include a short description of what happened (be polite) along with your name and mailing address, and you should soon receive an email confirmation. Good luck!
