Microsoft and Network Associates have announced plans to team up in the mid-market CRM space. Under the agreement, Network Associates will develop a new help desk application that integrates its Magic HelpDesk product with Microsoft CRM. Network Associates will release both a stand-alone version of its Magic HelpDesk IQ application and one that includes out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft CRM, Carlos Hildago, marketing director at Network Associates, told CRMDaily.com. However, the Microsoft and help desk applications will not be sold as a bundle.
