  Firmware Release: Nu Tech DDW-081 B364

Nu Tech has released another version of the dual format firmware for their DDW-081 DVD writer. This firmware adds considerable new media support, as wel las enabling 4x DVD-R writing speeds. From their changelog:

DDW-081(2)/HDW-081(2): B360 to B364. change history

Engine changes:
1.Add support 4X DVD-R write
2.Fix bug for DVD-RW full format
3.Improve DVD-R seek capability
4.Fix DVD-RW can not format in Roxio
5.Fix 8X burn fail on lead-out
6.Improve CD-RW write quality
As with previous versions of this dual format firmware, Nu Tech has released it as a test version. If interested, you can grab the new firmware from here. More information on the firmware can be viewed on Nu Tech's web site.
