These initiatives are designed to assist emerging e-businesses reduce start-up costs, secure new business and technology partners, and develop skills to overcome common start-up obstacles. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia 18 years of age or older who are owners or employees of a Business located in the United States. A "Business" is defined as an entity that holds a State and/or Federal tax ID number. | ||
