It’s not often that Microsoft manages to impress us with a piece of hardware. Occasionally it does, though, and Surface was one such device no one has failed to see the potential of.
The problems Surface had were not in its actual use, but in its deployment. The large screen was expensive and bulky. You had to use it in table-form, and pricing was in the $12,500 range. Microsoft has used CES to unveil the second version of Surface, and it looks to have solved those deployment issues as well as adding a cool new vision feature.
