Looks like these two are planning to take the holiday season by storm, but Microsoft has a bit of an uphill battle following major releases on the Android and iOS platforms this year. A few handhelds come to mind: the Droid Incredible, Droid X, Droid 2, Samsung Galaxy S series…oh, and the iPhone 4. We’ll know more in less than two weeks, but hopefully Microsoft has something spectacular in store for us. | ||

That's my problem with Phone7 too. ATT still not good enough my my far flung family. Guess I'll stick with my 6.5 phone for now. Will probably be looking at a Verizon smartphone next year. Sigh... Android, ugh. |

| #3: Years ago I bought an iPhone 3 in Europe; it was SIM Free and I was able to use with T-Mobile. Of course I did not have fast data rate but the funny thing was that I was able to send and receive MMS, a feature that AT&T was crippling here in the US. |
