soda, the answer's yes and no. GP is a bit more accounting-oriented then some CRM tools (although many now do cover accounting--some even started as pure accounting tools), but it's not really a more advanced Quickbooks. Think about the relationship part: most CRM packages allow tracking of prospects, prospects as they become clients, sale forecasts, sales, etc.... Yes, GP does provide accounting capabilities but it's much more focused on relationship tracking and management than a focused program like QB.
