Send it to this guy: torvalds@osdl.org, and he will probably wonder why you care what a capitalist company like Microsoft does and tell you to use Linux.
Me, I use what I need , both XP and Vista, and recommend Vista on all new systems. Later this year it will be Windows 7.
Why be concerned about extended support of XP? You can still download critical updates for Windows 2000, a ten year old OS. XP will be remain supported with critical updates for a while longer as too many new netbooks are being purchased with XP installed.
