Windows 7 already has built in DivX support in the current beta. Hidden inside the various changes since beta for the RC is a change to Windows Media Player to natively support the .mov files. | ||

Hot damn. Now THAT's good news. No more friggin' quicktime!
I actually like Quicktime, as a MAC user (when I was). I actually feel the format is superior to WMV. However, it's just one big pain in the ass on the PC. |

| Did MS license the latest implementation of the Quicktime format, or did Apple hobble it by insisting on an inferior version so that Apple could upsell to Quicktime Pro? Just asking. |

| I want nothing to do with Quicktime on the PC. That's what I like about this. |
