"Microsoft tells so much of the story, there's not enough discovery—or worse, people think they have enough information to make a purchase decision without really evaluating the product." Oh, really? Then why do so few people understand what improvements have been made in Vista? I disagree with this guy to a great extent. MS spends on PR wherever the blow them and then they expect us, the lowly, humble, underpaid, underappreciated partners, to do the majority of the education of the general public for them. The cheap skates even want us to preload Office 2007 bloatware onto our custom built machines. No thanks. Stop taking us for granted or we'll...call you names and stuff!
