#10 - "Evidence that showed his guilt yet he plays golf today..."
Um, ok. You "know" that OJ is guilty, and you "know" the issues surrounding the case. Doesn't that suggest exactly what I said? That the truth will emerge?
"Another example is Microsoft trying to show performance issues when removing IE and they used different machines. Microsoft would obviously only enter evidence that (hopefully) HELPS their case."
Glad to see there are still plenty of people who still believe Microsoft was being nefarious. Even the judge accepted that Microsoft didn't mean to mislead anybody.
In addition, the prosecution is free to enter any evidence they wish to refute Microsoft's claim. So your "point" is moot.
"Maybe the e-mail in question was followed by others that showed that it was a joke among tech-engineers (doubt it but who knows)."
Fine, then that will likely be discovered and entered into evidence by the prosecution. Ya know, this is how our legal system works... would you expect any different?
"I would just like to see evidence from both parties in question and make my humble opinion from that."
That's the job of the prosecution... again, if it exists, I'm sure they will find it. If they don't enter anything, maybe, just maybe, Microsoft is right. (Satan forbid!)
