Really? I know lots of people with these, and no one has ever said this before... You want fragile? Get a Dell Lattitude LT. Eggshells, designed by Sharp (Actius). Fragile is not something I've come to regard the PowerBooks as. They are actually very well built. TL |

I think the freeware program "Fire" supports MSN, as well as AOL, Yahoo, etc... And no ad's!

Yeah, Larry, Fire is definitely the way to go for messaging on X--if you do messaging. Enforcer, is starting to pay attention, but I guess he didn't catch the post that when I'm in X, there is no Microsoft software left on my machine. Still have Office and IE in OS 9, but with X, I came clean!
Nothing's new by the way; this is just a product they were withholding for some silly reason--you could only get it with Office previously. I guess they thought people might actually consider buying this or something, whatever. This post was edited by sodajerk on Tuesday, March 19, 2002 at 14:12. |

| ajm, do you have steel claws for hands? Sounds like your PB would look like a crushed tin can after only 2 months. This is ridiculous. The TiBook gets hot, it does not twist and bend into any shape you want. |
