This article is way off base.
I've used Real Networks crap before, and I will never use it again. It is the most difficult to set up, it's riddled with bugs and quirks. It routinely stops, breaks, or corrupts. The player is attrocious and a security and privacy sieve. Install Real Player and be prepared to have everything ever known about you uploaded to Real Networks. WMS is by far the easiest to install and get set up. I've found the MPEG2v4 is by far the most superior video codec and is the smallest, by far. It will stream on a dial-up or LAN and present remarkable quality. There's almost no doubt that the outcome of the article was predetermined before it began. |

why is that, daz? Seems like the reviewers were taken by surprise by QTSS, and it won hands down. But I guess you were too busy railing against the perceived "enemy" to notice that. |
