I just wish MSN would ditch their emoticons and adopt Yahoo's. I never thought I'd be one of "those people" (that uses emoticons), but they really do make it easier to get the message across. At least in Yahoo. In MSN, you have ones like a dog, a cat, a black sheep... what the heck?
The other thing that drives me crazy about MSN is that every message takes up at least two lines--one for the ID/handle, and one for the message. In Yahoo, it puts these on the same line, which saves a lot of space and is even easier to read (I think). Why MSN doesn't even give the option of formatting it that way, I have no idea.
