Microsoft has just released a new hardware product dubbed Microsoft Wireless Desktop. This kit provides a complete wireless solution with a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse giving you total freedom. If you want to know how these keyboard and mouse perform make sure to read the review we've just posted. Below is a snippet from the review: Microsoft has clearly decided to go “Wireless” these days. The latest wireless product to hit the streets is the Microsoft Wireless Desktop. This product combines one wireless keyboard with a wireless mouse for total cordless freedom. First of all we have to say this new combination targets the consumer and business markets; it’s clearly not designed for advanced or power users. The mouse uses the old-school ball mechanism which gives up accuracy. However with this product corporate users will free the clutter from their desktop while experiencing the acknowledged quality, comfort and reliability of Microsoft Hardware products. | ||

#1 is ABSOLUTELY right. The Logitech Freedome Optical Pro Keyboard/Mouse blows this thing right off the desktop.
Microsoft used their cheesiest keyboard (why not the excellent Office Keyboard?) and cheesiest mouse (why not the Explorer Mouse?) and the result is a wanna-be, lame wireless keyboard/mouse combo. Unless the OEM's bundle it as standard, Microsoft has a real loser on their hands here. TL |

I agree ekapshi where is my natural wireless keyboard? Come on MS listen to the people. Be sure and let them know you want to see this.
Go to http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp and select keyboard and I guess other. |

Good idea #6. How about the Natural Pro Wireless combined with the Optical Wireless?

No, it's not a Battery Vacuum... The batteries in my Logitech Wireless last a minimum of 4 months. TL |
