Chances are for business critical functions like that you'd either bring it inhouse, or put in a leased line to the client.
Web services exist today, it's just that they require all kinds of custom coding to interface with them. Really what this new SOAP stuff does is realize that thes services are common place, so let's make it easier to implement them. |
