There's been a lot of action on the excellent Xbox Live Arcade scene recently. Not only was Robotron released yesterday, but Streamline Studios also announced HoopWorld today. Assets for the game can be downloaded on Xbox Live before the game's release, which is coming this spring. HoopWorld sounds kind of like NBA Jams for the Xbox Live Arcade - it's "tricke-based" and can be played versus or co-op. It "challenges players to basketbrawl," according to the press release. It's also notably the second game to use the Unreal engine (the first was RoboBlitz). It also looks strangely like World of Warcraft.
