Heh. It's the Palladium (next gen security whatever) renamed as Secure-Startup.

Interestingly, most software-related hacks and data theft do not occur when the computer is shut off, at home, underneath your bed, while watching a DVD on your flat-screen tv.

Sounds like some good stuff for laptops... but it'd require tons of IT administration. Not suitable for home, IMHO.
