This update resolves a compatibility issue with a non-Microsoft software application installed on your computer. This application prevents successful installation of Windows XP Service Packs, critical security updates and other system file updates. This has been a part of my Spyware Support Kit for 2 weeks since it was first announced here under a different story name.
On at least two dozen systems with definite TV Media infections, it stated that TVMedia was not present. In fact, it has yet to actually 'find' this software. Luckily Adaware removes it nicely. TL |
