Xbox and New York City are marking this momentous occasion in the video game industry in a huge visual way! With bright, colorful lights, Times Square's electronic billboards will illuminate the city's skyscrapers with Xbox colors, logos and games. WHAT: Xbox, Microsoft's much-anticipated video game system, launches in
North America at Toys "R" Us Times Square in New York City. For the first
time ever, gamers will be taking home Xbox. Gamers, eagerly anticipating the
arrival of Xbox since its announcement on March 10, 2000, will begin forming
lines at 3 p.m. on November 14 in Times Square, where truckloads of Xbox
systems, games and accessories will be available at retail and plenty of items
will be given away. No one will walk away disappointed!|
