Macromedia has forged an agreement to bundle its Flash Player with handheld computers that use Microsoft's Pocket PC operating system. The player will be bundled with all devices using Pocket PC, including Compaq's iPaq, Casio's Cassiopeia and Hewlett-Packard's Jornada, according to Macromedia. The partnership promises increased sales for Macromedia, as software developers who write applications for Pocket PC will potentially license the Flash animation software toolkit.
