In your opinion #1, but millions of people use the service when there are other alternatives out there...maybe their is something that you aren't thinking of...keep trying kid.
funny it detected blaster just fine for us.. not to mention it's caused alot less headaches compatibility wise then some other av vendors software and is alot less intrusive and easier to manage using thier management tools.
..but I digress. :)

I'm not sure that even if "Whenever microsoft buys buys a company, or a product, it turns it to crap" was/is true that it could make NAI products much worse. They've been slipping constantly over the years (except for McAfee AV which always sucked).
