| I'd like to see the ability to clear the most recently viewed file list under the File Menu, like in Word or Excel. I have all these porno clips listed that I don't want my wife to see... |

| Hey guys, write in and tell them to allow the editing of mp3 tags directly within WMP. In my opinion it has the best interface for getting this done. You can tab sequentially through each field and tab to the next song to edit information. Its a great interface but the information only gets stored in a database within Windows Media Player. I would much rather it write out the ID3 tag. |

Thanks bob for the post, but I found this over a month ago and no-one wanted to know. Oh well its here now, and I wish, .......... I wish, I........... wish, well that would be tell and if tell somebody your wish it won't come true. lol. But since I don't bother with Windows Media player that much, there not much I can say. Win Amp has everything I want and it less than 3 MB to download compared to the 8 MB (Approx). The only other thing I use WMP for is video, and that cos I haven't found anything else to play them.
So my only wish for it and knowing the MS Software tactics, is could they define what is a media player. And for that they have to define what is media. Build in a browser, a movie make, a music studio, a paint program, an encoder and a function for programming. Where would it end? Well whatever, I don't care and just feel like yaking about a little nothing. Winamp suits me fine for what I want. |

| Exactly Michael. So make sure you guys put in that feature for the information to be stored in the music file itself, and not in the database. I love WMP. That doesn't mean it can't get better right? |
