I've been working with it for a few days now, and I do like some of the changes done in Outlook 2003.
The improvements in Exchange Server attachment, mainly the ability to keep NON Exchange-Server based email running but use other Exchange Server services is definitely a nice addition.
I've just started playing with LDAP, which was totally and utterly broken in Outlook 2002.
The new interface takes some getting used to, but does appear to be for the better.
As for the rest, well, Word is Word, PowerPoint is PowerPoint, and Excel is Excel. To me, they write words, make pretty slides, and crunch numbers. Ho-hum :) Frankly, Office 95 did a good enough job of all that.
