| I sure wish I was able to experience Windows 1.0 through 3.0. I didn't really start with Windows until Windows 95. |

I was annoyed enough that Neowin had the audacity to plagarize this (and then delete a post from a user who accused them of doing so). I was more annoyed when http://watchingmicrosoftlikeahawk.com linked to Neowin's plagarized article. This is just rediculous that yet a third site is posting this.

Hey BobSmith, I was the one who originally posted at NeoWin that their story was stolen. I really enjoyed reading about their "hard work and research" in getting this story. I guess that meant the hard work of copy images and text, then claiming it as thiers. I was very angry that they deleted my post (which I've added again, we'll see how long that one lasts).
However, I guess if you're going to give a history of Microsoft, stealing has to be in there in some form. Maybe ActiveWin can do some homework on their own and not post plagarized material on their site. Please check out the web site referenced by BobSmith |

Unfortantly I was cursed with the previledge of using Windows 1 2 and 3. at least 3.1 was somewhat ok if you had a decent system.
Then win 95 98 98se and ME beta tests. (considering that win 95 was suppose to be the last build of windows based on the Dos PLatform) El |

The great part is finally seeing Windows 3.2 (a Chinese-only version) because I've reviewed countless resumes from people who claim to have worked with Windows 3.2 extensively (in places like Des Moines and Cleveland, commonly known for their Chinese-speaking populations).
These highly skilled technical workers are extremely familiar with Novel NetWare, C+, IBM DB3, AS/400 mainframes, and Outlook 99. Many have been working with 86X PCs since 1971 but also know the latest TCP\IP web pages and are working on their MSCE. It's too bad I didn't have positions available which would take full advantage of their valuable experience... |

The pictures are obviously taken from toastytech, but they are about 4 times larger. Never heard of 'Save Target As' I guess. :) To be honest, he does say in the first part of the article he found the pictures on the internet. He also didn't steal much of the text. :) |
