Microsoft's Plus Digital Media Edition offers a Swiss Army knife's worth of tools to manage your pictures, photos and music, most based on the included, just-released Windows Media Player 9. Plus DME's coolest and simplest addition is Photo Story, which allows you to put together an enhanced slide show of pictures with music, voice-over narration and panning effects; the resulting files can be small enough to e-mail. | ||

Does have a giant bug though with converting large and sometimes small .WAV files as well.
Decides its going to skip encoding fractions of a second here or there or for that matter just has a fundamental flaw in the algorithm they are using. The odd part is, the Windows Media Encoder stand-alone works perfectly. Plus! DME has trouble with WAV's. Anyone else had this issue? Chasing many a bug in Windows Media 9 Series right now. Readying a large bug report. |

I happen to agree with that technology and on another note disagree with most of the things you post to this site. I just never say so. :) I typically keep my mouth closed around here. Heaven forbid companies protect their intellectual property... Andy |
