Apparently in a severe lack of good taste, France 3, a French public TV channel, broadcasted yesterday the famous Internet video footage showing a rather dynamic Steve Ballmer jumping all over the place eager to motivate his troops. Guests of the 'Ca ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde(You can't please everybody)' program, were surprised and shocked that this man was probably on drugs or something worse. | ||

#32 is correct. If you go out and look at indexes for S&P, NASDAQ, DOW, etc. you'll notice a pattern...
Signifigent losses shortly after major events occured indicating George Bush as President. The days following Election Day... Signifigant losses. The days following SCOTUS annointing GW as President... Signifigant losses. The days/months following his innauguration... Signifigant losses. But between these losses were glimmers of hope. Shortly after it looked like the Florida situation might be resolved fairly and equitably by a recount, the stock market saw a slight boost. Between the SCOTUS ruling and the innauguration there was a slight boost as investors forgot about Bush for a month or so. Ever since GW Bush was sworn in as President, it's been one day of bad news after another. I'd like to believe that this "recession" is something that was inherited by Bush, but I'm afraid at least as far as the stock market and the morale of the nation is concerned... All the credit for this downturn goes to President GW Bush. |
