Microsoft had some high points in 2002 - its earnings were far and above what were expected and that too in a year when tech companies were doing it really hard. The world's biggest software company also saw the long-pending anti-trust suit resolved in its favour. The earnings part would have been particularly gratifying in a year when the company introduced new licensing terms (which were withdrawn for some products later on) in order to ensure a steady stream of revenue year after year | ||

XBox alone made this a wonderful year for Microsoft. The newbie came in and rattled the cage of the old and tired console game makers. They placed a wedge in, and in 2003 they will start to pry this market apart.

It's funny how warped Penguinistas are. How they can take reality and completely twist it opposite.
They can take the persecution of Microsoft by the government into the government outlawing all Microsoft competition. You can't get much more opposite than that. Lol, keep smokin' dupe! |
