When Microsoft released Windows .NET Server 2003 Release Candidate 1 (RC1) in late July 2002, the new operating system was already 100 percent deployed by one critical launch partner: Microsoft.com. Engineers for Microsoft's corporate Web site have been working since late 2001 to help the Windows Server product development team test and confirm the enterprise readiness of Windows .NET Server 2003 in one of the most demanding real-world environments anywhere—the world's busiest corporate Web site. | ||

| I've been watching the Netcraft.com stats on .NET server, and they are phenomenal. Nasdaq.com has not rebooted their .NET servers at all--at least from what I can tell--and they're going on 90 days. Not bad for beta software! |

Is Microsoft.com actually more busy than Dell.com?
I find that somewhat hard to believe. Anyway, .NET server looks pretty solid from what I've seen. |

I finally have my answer. RMD, I'm not sure what they mean by corporate site. Dell's site is rather dual purpose - explain the company and sell the product. Microsoft.com is single purpose - explain the company. They have other sites to sell the product (in other words to directly generate revenue) - the myriad of MSN properties. Depending on how Microsoft defines corporate site, I can believe it. |

Um, unless you're joking....the only answers I recall were jokes based on changing files extensions.
