Um, yeah right. You're telling me that if there were no other PCs on the market than those that support Palladium or similar, you'd stop buying PCs? I highly doubt that. I highly doubt that the thousands of companies that use PCs would decide to not update them again. I doubt that home users would stop buying PCs. I guess I think all three of you are wrong.
Wiz, if you don't think that p2p networks affect the sales music and movies you are a fool. That isn't a personal attack, per se, it is reality. How many people, if they could print their own money and know they'd never get caught, wouldn't do it? That's probably the same as the number of people who will still buy CDs even when they can freely download all the music on those CDs.
Realist, if you are planning to purchase or otherwise use the "crap" that the entertainment industry puts out, then you have nothing to fear from Palladium. Perhaps you could help me understand what your concern is?
