Unless I'm missing it, they left out WinKey-Tab, which sends you down to the taskbar and lets you use the arrow keys to navigate between open apps. When you've got a ton of 'em open, this is often easier than ALT-TABbing through scads of apps.
Also, if you're a keyboard shortcut-junkie like me, you _really_ need to check out Dave's Quick Search Deskbar utility. Seriously, it's saved me so much time, it's totally free, and you can easily contribute and add your own items to it. You'll find yourself WinKey-S 'ing as much as you do any of these other commands once you do. See it at http://www.dqsd.net .
