In general Ceazar, the job market requires whatever Microsoft is pushing. Quite obviously as more time passes and more .NET-ified products emerge - Windows .NET Server, next versions of Exchange and SQL Server, .NET Framework 2.0 / Business Framework or whatever they are going to call it - more and more companies will require .NET knowledge rather than COM, ASP, VB, ActiveX, etc. Let's keep in mind that the .NET platform as only been available for 6 months.
