Customize Outlook Express' Title Bar
If you are really mad about changing the title caption on OE's title bar, open up the registry editor and scroll to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express. Create a new string value on the right-pane named WindowTitle . Change the value to the new name for the title caption. Restart to take effect.
