Sync Folders
How do you synchronize your mail when you have a
notebook and a desktop PC but you don't connect via an Exchange
server?
Check Microsoft's Office Update Web site (officeupdate.microsoft.com)
for the add-in Outlook Sync Folders (not yet available). This utility
lets you transfer changed data between two Personal Folders (*.PST)
files without copying the entire large file each time.
Microsoft will also be posting an easy to use backup
program for PST files to make it far easier to keep backups of mail
etc on your PC.
