Doom 2 - Romero's Head On Stick

Warp to the last level (type idclev30)
Type iddqd to enter god mode and idclip to enter No-Clipping mode
Walk through the first wall with the moving skulls
Walk up to the big face on the wall, and then walk through the wall.
You should see John Romero's head on a stick. You can shoot and punch his head until it explodes!
