Managing The Channel Bar
After finding it useful, you will also find that the Channel Bar can sometimes be a pain too. Those channels will start to pile up and crowd your Channel Bar. You will have to scroll more and more to reach the bottom of the list. Worse still, there are still some sub-channels to hide inside main categories. Some of these can reach 100 channels!
It is time for a little housekeeping work. Deleting channels is so simple. Just right-click the channel, select Delete and it's gone. To add, just click on the View Channels button on the taskbar ( assuming you have the Quick Launch button ) and from the menu, and preview the channels. After being satisfied with the channels, click on the Add Active Channel link to subscribe it. Select subscription type and you are done.
