Union Pacific Railroad has declared that it will aggressively go after anyone who distributes trains with UP's trademarks for use with Microsoft's soon-to-be-released Train Simulator program, but the reasoning they gave the Train Simulator community for this pre-emptive strike is quite interesting: UP thinks Train Simulator is dangerous. | ||

| Oh yeah, one more thing... how exactly are people going to "jump into a locomotive and attempt to operate it". Is security around these trains so lax that this is even conceivable? If so, then I think we have a worse problem than video games. Perhaps UP should worry more about drunk train operators than video games. |
