In an effort to convince potential customers that Windows tablets are better than the iPad, Microsoft has put up comparison charts that pit a number of products running Windows 8 and Windows RT against Apple's popular tablet. The competition includes Asus' VivoTab Smart and HP's Envy x2, both of which run a full version of Windows 8, as well as a couple of tablets running Windows RT, specifically the Dell XPS 10 and Microsoft's own Surface RT. In some instances, the Windows tablets lighter than the iPad, while sporting larger screens, longer lasting batteries, and other attractive software features.
