Microsoft's image with consumers has had its ups and downs in recent years. However, Windows 7's release appears to be rapidly rehabilitating Microsoft's (NASDAQ) image as it begins to erase bad memories of Windows Vista, according to a new consumer survey. | ||

| I have used XP, Vista, and 7. When Vista first came out i tried the Beta and really did not like the performance of the OS. When it was released i purchased a copy and used the OS for my home system. After a few months i went back to XP because I really didn't like Vista. When 7 came out the first thing I thought was Vista 2.0. But I tried it out. I could see that it was similar to vista in the user interface aspect but it just worked much better than Vista. I think that 7 is Vista with a lot of work done to the OS to make it work better and faster. I think i will switch to 7 for regular use soon. |
