So, Mr. Gates. What about better medical software? The stuff I use is crap while simultaneously being expensive and inscrutable.
You could help save a life for less than $2000. By the way; by Mr. Gates measure, my medical software could easily have saved over 40 lives. |

Gee, Gates, how did we get better software? It was from fierce competition in which your company was and is still engaged. Developing vaccines for the diseases that aflict mankind will come from the same cauldron of capitalism. Yet, you and your liberal "friends" are intent on creating a healthcare "utopia" with socialized medicine. In that environment, little or nothing will be accomplished. If you doubt me, look at the number of patents in general and in the medical fielf in particular between ourselves and the EU which has had socialized medicine for decades.
I have a question for you Gates. Name in order the top three largest employers on the planet? They are the Chinese army, the Indian national railroad, and England's socialized medicine. Name a significant medical breakthrough to come out of England since the mechanical heart - 50 years ago? What a dumbass . . . |
